Hudební projekt spoluzakladatele labelu DFA, producenta Jamese Murphyho. LCD Soundsystem pocházejí z Brooklynu, kde vznikli v roce 2002. Debutovali v roce 2005 a nejvýrazněji na sebe upozornili singlem Daft Punk Is Playing At My House, za který byli nominováni na Grammy. Jsou uznáváni a uctívání zejména mezi příznivci alternativní hudby a v internetové komunitě. V jejich hudbě se křízí rock s punkem a elektronikou.
Vinylová reedice koncertního alba projektu LCD Soundsystem. Nahrávka byla pořízena v roce 2011 a původně zveřejněna o tři roky později.
