Georg Friedrich Händel : Eternal Heaven

Loutnista a umělecký vedoucí souboru Jupiter Thomas Dunford spolupracuje smezzosopranistkou Leou Desandre a kontratenoristou Iestynem Daviesem už řadu let. Předloňskou, okolnostmi vynucenou „covidovou“ pauzu využili mimo jiné kintenzivnímu studiu partitur Händelových oratorií. Výsledkem je dramaturgicky pečlivě vystavěné album sáriemi a duety zoratorií Semele, Hercules, Theodora, Saul, Salomon, Susanna, Esthera několika dalších, které společně vytváří jakýsi fiktivní quasi milenecký příběh. Hlavní autor projektu Thomas Dunford ho nazval „barokní West Side Story“, což samozřejmě můžeme brát sjistou nadsázkou, ale naši zvědavost tím spolehlivě povzbudil.
