Anaal Nathrakh je britská extrémní metalová skupina založená v roce 1999 v Birminghamu v Anglii. Jméno skupiny je v irštině název pro hadí dech (anál nathrach) a byl převzat z filmu Johna Boormana z roku 1981 Excalibur.
